Please read these rules carefully before using Game Insight Now. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

Game Insight Now is operated by Cadtree Limited (2031), a company incorporated in Guernsey with its registered office at La Corvee House, La Corvee, Alderney GY9 3TQ. Cadtree Limited is licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and operates under an agreement with iGaming Ontario (iGO) to provide internet-based gambling services to players physically located in Ontario.

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Game Insight Now Services and Casino Websites. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

Throughout this Agreement, the terms “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to Game Insight Now, operated by Cadtree Limited, along with its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners. “You” or “User” refers to any individual accessing or using the Services.

2. Key Definitions

  • Account: A unique profile registered with Game Insight Now that allows access to the Services.
  • Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, including any future amendments.
  • Casino Group: Cadtree Limited and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, and their representatives.
  • Casino Websites: Online casino properties operated under this Agreement, including but not limited to: gameinsightnow.com, spincasino.ca, rubyfortune.ca, jackpotscitys.com, and royalvegas.ca.
  • Chargeback: A reversal of a payment initiated by you or your financial institution.
  • Closed Player Account: An account that has been permanently deactivated by you or us.
  • Inactive Account: An account that has not recorded a login or logout for six consecutive months.
  • Guest Player: A user playing in free-play/demo mode without monetary stakes.
  • Participate: Any use of our Services, including accessing the site, playing games, or interacting with software features.
  • Payment Service Provider: A third party contracted to facilitate secure financial transactions.
  • Player: Any individual using the Services, including Real Players, Guest Players, Inactive Players, or Closed Account Players.
  • Real Player: A user with a fully registered account capable of placing real money wagers.
  • Services: The availability and provision of casino games and related software via desktop, mobile, or other platforms.
  • Software: All proprietary or licensed software enabling gameplay on the Casino Websites or mobile applications.
  • Your Jurisdiction: The geographical region in which you legally reside or access our Services.

1. Your Participation on the Casino Websites

1.1 Participation

  • 1.1.1 Your access to Game Insight Now, including the use of software and services, is at your own risk and discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from such changes.
  • 1.1.2 Internet gambling may be prohibited in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your legal right to access and use our Services. Game Insight Now operates under Ontario law and does not permit access from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted.
  • 1.1.3 You may only use our Services if doing so is legal where you reside or are located. Access from outside Ontario is strictly prohibited.
  • 1.1.4 You must be at least 19 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to register or participate. We may request proof of age and identity at any time and suspend accounts pending verification.
  • 1.1.5 We do not guarantee the legality of your participation. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws.
  • 1.1.6 You must provide accurate, complete registration information and agree to submit identity verification documentation if requested.
  • 1.1.7 You authorize Game Insight Now and its verification agents to validate your identity and payment methods for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.
  • 1.1.8 Only one account per person is permitted per casino brand. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and funds forfeited. We may restrict access by household or shared address at our discretion.
  • 1.1.9 Each casino wallet operates independently. Funds cannot be transferred between accounts or players.
  • 1.1.10 All winnings may be paid in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • 1.1.11 We may request documents including photo ID, utility bills, or payment verification at any time. Failure to comply may result in suspension or closure of your account and withholding of funds.
  • 1.1.12 You consent to receive communications from us or our partners related to the Services via your registered contact details.
  • 1.1.13 Game Insight Now does not offer credit-based play and does not accept cash.
  • 1.1.14 You are responsible for securing your username and password. Account access is limited to you alone. Misuse or unauthorized access may result in account suspension. We offer Multi-Factor Authentication for added protection.
  • 1.1.15 Promotions and bonuses are limited to one per user, household, IP, or payment method. Abuse of bonuses may result in account closure or forfeiture of funds.
  • 1.1.15.1 If we suspect abuse or manipulation of promotions, we may withhold or cancel bonuses and block accounts at our discretion.
  • 1.1.16 By creating an account, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the platform immediately.
  • 1.1.17 Payment methods must be in the account holder’s name. Mismatched names may result in suspension or declined withdrawals.
  • 1.1.18 Updates to payment details must be made through Player Services. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes to payment processing terms.
  • 1.1.19 If withdrawal instructions are not completed, pending withdrawals may be reversed and returned to your gaming wallet. We are not liable for any subsequent use of those funds.
  • 1.1.20 If you wish to prevent reversal of pending withdrawals, please contact Player Support to temporarily lock your account.
  • 1.1.21 No interest will accrue on funds held in your account.

1.2 Your Warranties

By registering and using Game Insight Now, you represent and warrant the following. These assurances form the basis of our Agreement and apply throughout your use of our Services:

  • 1.2.1.1 You are legally permitted to use online gambling services in your jurisdiction.
  • 1.2.1.2 You are at least 19 years old and have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • 1.2.1.3 You will not allow others, especially individuals under the legal age, to access or use your account. You are responsible for securing your devices and account credentials. For accessibility needs, please consult our FAQ regarding authorized access procedures.
  • 1.2.1.4 All registration information you provide is accurate and complete, and you will promptly notify us of any changes.
  • 1.2.1.5 You are the rightful owner (or have proper authorization) to use the funds you deposit and wager.
  • 1.2.1.6 You will not deposit or wager funds derived from illegal activity.
  • 1.2.1.7 You will not initiate chargebacks or deny payments made to the platform.
  • 1.2.1.8 You have fully read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
  • 1.2.1.9 You are using the Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment and not on behalf of any group, syndicate, or commercial interest.

1.2.2 If you breach any of the warranties above, any bets, wagers, or transactions may be declared void, and any winnings forfeited at our discretion.

1.2.3 Prohibited Participants

You warrant that you are not included in any of the following categories of ineligible individuals, as defined under Section 3.01 of the AGCO Registrar's Standards:

  • Anyone under the age of 19
  • Anyone enrolled in a self-exclusion program related to Game Insight Now or its brands
  • Anyone under a court order restricting access to online gaming platforms
  • Anyone named in a written directive from the AGCO Registrar prohibiting their access
  • Officers, directors, or partners of Cadtree Limited (the Casino operator)
  • Union representatives negotiating on behalf of Casino staff
  • Employees of third-party game or equipment vendors working with the Casino
  • Employees or members of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO)
  • Officers, directors, or employees of iGaming Ontario (iGO) or Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG)

1.3 Refusal to Register, Deregistration, Exclusion & Suspension

  • 1.3.1 Game Insight Now reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend access, or deregister your account at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion.
  • 1.3.2 We are also legally required to suspend or close accounts belonging to individuals identified by Ontario law or the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) as ineligible to participate. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals under exclusion orders or regulator directives.

1.4 Consequences of Deregistration or Suspension

  • 1.4.1 If your account is suspended, excluded, or deregistered, you may file a formal complaint through our player support channels, as outlined in Section 10.14 of this Agreement.

1.5 Inactive Accounts & Inactive Bonus Balances

  • 1.5.1 This section applies if all of your registered Real Money Accounts are classified as Inactive Accounts (i.e., no login activity for six months).
  • 1.5.2 If any Inactive Account holds a positive balance, we will attempt to contact you using the latest contact information on file to inform you of your available funds.
  • 1.5.3 If no response or withdrawal request is received within 30 days of our notification, the Casino may, at its discretion, begin deducting a monthly administration fee of C$10 from your cashable balance until:
    • The balance is reduced to zero; or
    • The account becomes active again (i.e., through login or gameplay).
  • 1.5.4 We may, at our sole discretion, remove any bonuses or loyalty points, including winnings derived from them, if they remain unused for more than six months from the date they were awarded — regardless of whether wagering requirements have been met.

1.6 Money Laundering and Other Illegal Activity

  • 1.6.1 Game Insight Now reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we have reason to suspect that you are involved in unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or misuse of our platform. In such cases, we may withhold any funds in your account and notify relevant authorities, including regulators, banks, and law enforcement.
  • 1.6.2 To assist in the prevention of financial crime, we apply the following controls:
    • 1.6.2.1 No cash deposits are accepted.
    • 1.6.2.2 Withdrawal requests may require verified documentation, including:
      • Proof of funding source (e.g. legible images of your debit/credit card or bank account statement)
      • Government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, driver’s license)
      • Recent utility bill (issued within the last 6 months) showing your registered address

    Note: When submitting credit card images, you may redact the middle 8 digits and the 3-digit CVV code for your security.

1.7 Publicity

  • 1.7.1 If you win a prize deemed noteworthy by Game Insight Now, you may be invited to participate in promotional events or media campaigns. Your privacy will be respected at all times.
  • 1.7.2 By accepting a promotional prize, you grant us the right to use your first name in publicity, and to use a model’s image in place of your own for marketing purposes.

1.8 Your Consent

  • 1.8.1 All calls to and from our Player Support team may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance and security.
  • 1.8.2 We collect and store records of internet communications, gameplay activity, transaction history, and site visits.
  • 1.8.3 By creating an account, you consent to receive service-related communications via email, phone, or SMS. To unsubscribe from promotional messages, please contact our support team.
  • 1.8.4 Unsubscribing from promotions will not affect important account-related communications (e.g. security, legal notices). Please allow up to 3 business days for removal from promotional mailing lists.

1.9 Use of Automated Players ("Bots") and Illegal Software

  • 1.9.1 The use of any form of automated gameplay software or artificial intelligence (“Bots”) is strictly prohibited on Game Insight Now. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Software or services enabling collusion or revealing hidden player cards
    • Tools that influence or adjust game selection based on player identity
    • Websites or applications that disclose player data (e.g., win/loss stats) without consent
    • Programs that perform actions automatically on a player’s behalf
    • Applications that gather data about others when you are not active
    • Real-time advisors that provide strategic gameplay suggestions based on live data
    • Any utility that automatically seats or finds seats at game tables (e.g., poker seat scripting tools)
  • 1.9.2 Any use of Bots or similar tools for the purpose of gaining an unfair financial advantage is expressly forbidden. Funds acquired in this manner will be forfeited.
  • 1.9.3 Game Insight Now reserves the right to take immediate and appropriate action in cases where prohibited software is detected. This includes account suspension, closure, seizure of funds, and the pursuit of legal remedies.

2. The Service

  • 2.1 Game Insight Now and its associated brands (the “Casino Group”) provide the Software and Services “as is,” with no warranties expressed or implied. This includes, without limitation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted performance. You bear the sole responsibility and risk related to your access, use, and reliance on the Casino Websites.
  • 2.2 Geolocation services are used to verify your physical presence in Ontario. We actively monitor and block attempts to access Services from prohibited jurisdictions and use tools to detect VPNs, virtualization software, and other circumvention methods.
  • 2.3 We are not liable for technical issues outside our control, including internet failures, device malfunctions, or software interruptions. If you encounter an issue, please contact Customer Support. We will attempt to resolve reported problems as quickly as possible.
  • 2.3.1 The Casino Group disclaims liability for delays, data corruption, system errors, or misuse of the platform. This includes any interruption caused by you, third parties, or technical faults beyond our control.
  • 2.3.2 We reserve the right to void bets or refuse wagers at our sole discretion. Wagers are valid only when accepted by our servers. Malfunctions or communication errors void all affected wagers and payouts. If a rule is waived for fairness, it will not set a precedent.
  • 2.4 Any winnings or gameplay resulting from a technical malfunction (hardware or software) may be voided. Abuse of such malfunctions may lead to account termination and forfeiture of funds.
  • 2.5 We may temporarily suspend part or all of the Services at any time. While we may attempt to provide notice, it is not required. The Casino Group is not liable for any losses resulting from such suspension.
  • 2.6 In the event of a system malfunction, all bets may be voided. Refunds are at the sole discretion of management. Errors such as incorrect odds, lines, or bet configurations will also void affected wagers.
  • 2.7 As stated in Section 4.2, we are not responsible for losses related to service interruptions or delays.
  • 2.8 Players are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their winnings to the appropriate authorities in their jurisdiction.
  • 2.9 Game Insight Now does not provide legal or tax advice. Players should consult professionals in their jurisdiction for tax-related or legal matters.
  • 2.10 Arbitrage via currency exchange or manipulation of the system for financial advantage is strictly prohibited. Any profits derived from such practices will be forfeited and deducted without prior notice.
  • 2.11 You may only install and use our Software in accordance with this Agreement and the Braemar Limited End User License Agreement (EULA). You must not:
    • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or access the Software’s source code
    • Sublicense, sell, distribute, lease, or assign the Software
    • Make the Software available to third parties
    • Export the Software in violation of export laws
    • Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws

    These restrictions are referred to as the “Non-Permitted Uses.” You are fully liable for any costs, damages, or losses resulting from engaging in such activities.

3. Shared Environments

Game Insight Now reserves the right to impose limits or conditions on accounts that are created or accessed from shared environments, such as public computers, libraries, or internet cafés. This is done to ensure the integrity of gameplay and account security. We may maintain records related to the use of shared environments and monitor for unusual behavior or activity.

4. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability

  • 4.1 You agree to use the Services voluntarily and entirely at your own risk. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Game Insight Now, its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners (collectively, the “Casino Group”) from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, or liabilities arising out of your participation. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • 4.1.1 Visiting, using, or reusing the Casino Websites
    • 4.1.2 Accessing or reusing any material or content from our websites or systems
    • 4.1.3 Connecting to or interacting with our servers
    • 4.1.4 Making deposits into your player account
    • 4.1.5 Placing wagers or participating in games
    • 4.1.6 Accepting or using prizes or winnings from the platform
    • 4.1.7 Downloading or using our software or applications
  • 4.2 Under no circumstances will the Casino Group be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits or data — arising out of your use of the Services. This applies even if you notified us of the possibility of such damages.
  • 4.3 Once a payment has been confirmed and transmitted to a Payment Service Provider, we are not liable for delays, failures, or losses resulting from the provider's processing of the transaction.
  • 4.4 We are not responsible for the content, actions, or omissions of third-party marketers or advertisers who may promote our Services.
  • 4.5 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusions would be unlawful under applicable law.

5. Promotions, Competitions & Cashback Program

  • 5.1 Game Insight Now may offer promotions, competitions, and a cashback program from time to time. Each promotion or offer may include specific rules or terms, which must be followed in addition to this Agreement. If no specific wagering requirement is stated, the standard rules apply.
  • 5.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all promotional offers unless otherwise stated.
  • 5.3 In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and promotion-specific rules, the promotion’s terms will apply — but only for that specific case.
  • 5.4 We reserve the right to exclude players from promotions, end offers without notice, and remove unused bonuses, loyalty points, or winnings associated with those bonuses after six months — even if wagering requirements were met.
  • 5.5 The Cashback Program is discretionary and may be changed or removed at any time. No correspondence will be entered into regarding points earned, ratios, or eligibility.
  • 5.6 Only one sign-up bonus is permitted per player. If you receive a bonus you are not eligible for, it may be removed along with any winnings derived from it.
  • 5.7 Bonuses are subject to a minimum 70x wagering requirement before funds can be transferred to your cash balance. For example, a 100 C$ bonus would require 7,000 C$ in wagering. Contributions may vary per game or region.
  • 5.7.1 Winnings from free spins or no-purchase bonuses also require 70x wagering. Once met, the maximum withdrawal from such offers is capped at 100 C$, with any excess forfeited.
  • 5.7.2 If you wish to decline a bonus credited to your account, you may request its removal — provided no wagering has occurred. If any portion has been used, the full wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.
  • 5.7.3 Players who receive a sign-up bonus may be restricted to a maximum withdrawal of 6x their initial deposit amount, unless otherwise stated. This does not apply to progressive jackpot winnings.
  • 5.8 Gameplay will be monitored for patterns deemed irregular, including but not limited to:
    • Placing single bets worth 30% or more of the bonus value
    • Hedging bets or using zero-margin strategies
    • Using autoplay or other methods to manipulate play-through

    We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals and forfeit winnings if such behavior is detected.

  • 5.8.1 Playthrough contribution percentages:
    • 100%: All slots (except progressives), Keno, Scratch Cards
    • 10%: Re-spin slot games
    • 8%: Table Pokers, Roulette, Video Poker (excluding All Aces, Jacks or Better), Blackjack (excluding Classic), Casino War
    • 2%: Classic Blackjack, All Aces Video Poker, Jacks or Better
    • 0%: Baccarat, Craps, Red Dog, Sic Bo, Progressive Jackpots

    Winnings from excluded (0%) games played before meeting wagering requirements may be voided. Gamble/Double features on slots and video poker do not count toward wagering.

  • 5.8.2 The Casino reserves the right to define and act on irregular play at its discretion, including withholding withdrawals.
  • 5.8.3 If we detect abuse of bonuses or other offers — including unfair betting practices — we may cancel the bonus, withhold winnings, or close your account without refund, except for original deposits.
  • 5.8.4 If you are found in violation of Section 1.2 (warranties), we reserve the right to void all winnings and forfeit account balances.
  • 5.8.5 The maximum allowable bet while meeting bonus wagering requirements is 8 C$ per round or 0.50 C$ per line. Exceeding this may result in loss of all associated winnings.

Note: Wagering contribution percentages and requirements may vary by promotion or jurisdiction. For accurate and updated terms, always refer to the specific terms & conditions associated with each bonus, competition, or cashback program.

6. Rules of Play

  • 6.1 In addition to this Agreement, all gameplay is subject to the Rules of Play and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) published on the Casino Websites.
  • 6.2 By participating, you agree to comply with the Rules of Play and FAQs as if they were included directly in this Agreement.
  • 6.3 For Video Poker games, any pay-out left in play may be collected and credited to your balance by the Casino at its discretion.
  • 6.4 For all other games, funds left in play for 90 days or more may be forfeited by the Casino.

7. Payment Details / Withdrawals

  • 7.1 We may request identity verification at registration or prior to processing any financial transactions. Verification may include:
    • Proof of income or source of funds
    • Government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license)
    • Proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement less than 6 months old)
    • Proof of ownership for deposit/withdrawal payment methods

    Failure to provide requested documents may result in account closure.

  • 7.2 We reserve the right to perform credit checks using third-party agencies.
  • 7.3 You are responsible for keeping copies of your transactions and understanding the laws in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling.
  • 7.4 Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for deposit, up to the deposit amount. All withdrawal accounts must match your registered name. Processing may be delayed during verification. Fees may apply for bank wire withdrawals.
  • 7.5 To update or add payment methods, contact Player Support or use the Software if available.
  • 7.6 Withdrawals may be reviewed to ensure fair and compliant gameplay before processing.
  • 7.7 Winnings are credited in Canadian Dollars (C$). For assistance, contact support.
  • 7.8 Withdrawals are reviewed to prevent money laundering and fraud. During the first 24 hours (rolling), withdrawals are in a “pending” state and may be reversed by the player. No processing is done on weekends.
    • 7.8.1 We may withhold payment until we receive additional documents or complete verification (e.g., source of funds or ID).
    • 7.8.2 Non-wagered deposits may be returned to the original payment method or to a bank account in your name.
    • 7.8.3 We reserve the right to close your account or report activity to relevant authorities without prior notice.
  • 7.10 Some transactions may be processed by Digiprocessing Limited or Huron Inc on behalf of Game Insight Now or its affiliated operators:

8. Responsible Gaming

  • 8.1 While gaming should be enjoyable, we understand that it can become problematic for some. Game Insight Now is committed to responsible gaming practices. We support this by:
    • Offering players the ability to block or suspend their accounts upon request
    • Providing access to trained Player Support Representatives
    • Linking to external help resources via our Responsible Gaming page
  • 8.2 For full details about our self-exclusion process, limits, and tools, please refer to the Responsible Gaming page linked above.
  • 8.3 While we make every reasonable effort to process responsible gaming requests promptly, there may be brief delays. Game Insight Now is not liable for activity or losses during this period. For urgent matters, please contact us directly via Live Chat.

9. Intellectual Property

  • 9.1 We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our websites, software, and content strictly in connection with your personal use of the Services and subject to these Terms.
  • 9.2 All intellectual property rights — including copyright, trademarks, software, databases, and other materials — remain the sole property of Game Insight Now or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.
  • 9.3 Content on the Casino Websites is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may download material to a single device for private use, but may not:
    • Copy, redistribute, publish, or display the content elsewhere
    • Create derivative works or tamper with the material
    • Use any materials for commercial purposes or facilitate third-party use

10. General

  • 10.1 Amendment
    • 10.1.1 We may update or modify this Agreement and related terms at any time. All changes will be published on the Casino Websites.
    • 10.1.2 Continued use of the Services after changes are published will be deemed acceptance.
    • 10.1.3 You are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms for updates.
  • 10.2 Eligibility – Certain parties, including affiliates, licensees, service providers, and immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
  • 10.3 Severability – If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the remainder will still apply and be enforced.
  • 10.4 Non-Waiver – Any leniency shown by us does not waive our legal rights.
  • 10.5 Third Parties – This Agreement does not grant rights to third parties unless explicitly stated.
  • 10.6 Acceptance – By using our Services, you accept full responsibility for any losses and waive claims against the Casino Group.
  • 10.7 Whole Agreement – This document represents the entire agreement between you and us, overriding prior agreements.
  • 10.8 Interpretation – Plural, gender, and heading references are inclusive and do not affect legal interpretation.
  • 10.9 Governing Authority – This Casino is licensed and regulated by the AGCO and governed by Ontario law.
  • 10.10 Jurisdiction – This Agreement is governed by Ontario and Canadian federal law. Cadtree is also regulated under Alderney law for license compliance.
  • 10.11 Translations – In the event of a discrepancy, the English version prevails.
  • 10.12 Tournaments
    • One entry per player, environment, or email per tournament is allowed.
    • Winnings from Free Rolls before a deposit are capped at C$100, and excess may be forfeited.
  • 10.13 Complaints and Disputes

  • 10.14 Assignment – You may not transfer your rights or obligations. We may assign them without notice.
  • 10.15 Business Transfers – In the event of acquisition, your account and data may be transferred. You will be notified.
  • 10.16 Account Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice. Grounds include (but are not limited to):

    • Multiple accounts
    • Mismatched payment and registration names
    • Bonus abuse or incorrect registration info
    • Use of bots, collusion, fraud, or suspicious activity
    • Offensive or inappropriate conduct toward support staff

    If you'd like to close your account voluntarily, please contact Player Services.

  • 10.17 Final Decision – In any dispute, the outcome recorded on the Casino’s servers will be considered final and binding.
  • 10.18 Currency – All monetary references (C$ or $) refer to Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated.
